Who we are?

Moments In The Sky LLC is a limited liability company incorporated in Estonia and operates under Estonian law adhering to the transitional legal agreements of, and within, the European Union (EU). 

Its sole Director is Mr Neil Andrew Smith and Company Secretary is Miss Janne Kanepi, both of whom maintain a legal address within Estonia.

'Moments In The Sky' is a registered trade mark and must not be used without express written permission by either the Director or Company Secretary.

Commission Policy: Moments In The Sky receives a small commission if you book a hotel or other travel provider featured on the blog, through our preferred agents such as booking.com - this helps fund our ongoing work to bring you independent and honest reviews as well as financing our very expensive travel programme. 

Any hotels, flights or other travel related companies documented here are not incentivised by the company owner or booking.com ie we do not routinely accept free travel from either the travel provider or our booking partners.  If we do accept something free, in exchange for a review, we will declare this at the outset.  All travel providers are chosen as the Editor likes them personally!
